The Roberts 28 is well regarded as a capable blue water boat, very popular in Tasmania and on the East Coast of Australia. The engine was rebuilt a few years ago and it has a crank shaft for starting if the battery is flat leaving you far less vulnerably when left for extended periods of time on a swing mooring. She has a large Vbeth, 2 x quarter berths. 'Free' is a great little boat that has served her owners past and present very well. The rigging was replaced in 2017, she has a new Garmin GPS, new anchor winch and furler not yet installed.
