Bruce Roberts Offshore 44
This Roberts 44 Ketch "Lisa" was built in Port Lincoln to survey and launched in 1984 and has only had one owner.
Full set of sails (11 sails) including anchor sail. Most in very good condition, main no1 jib as new, main sail has full battons.
All deck winches are self tailing, main sheet winches are self tailing Barlow no 32.
Anchor winch has been replaced(as new cond) 70m 3/8 galv chain through a gypsy roller to prevent twisting.
2 solar panels, 1 on rotating pedestal, 2nd on dodger.
Fully insulated & fibreglassed stern locker.
Dingy & frame for storage on aft deck.
Engine - 30 hp Yanmar with access from both sides.
Fuel cap - 900 L
Fresh water aprox 900 L
