The CATALINA 27 is one of the models from Catalina (USA) that has achieved historic popularity around the world. Built from 1973 to 1991, In it's first 3 years of production nearly 1500 boats were sold. Total production was 6662 hulls. Salina (1988) is one of the later built boats that came with the fresh water cooled Universal 18HP diesel engine and she looks almost as good as the day she was made. There is something about the quality and design of Catalina's that makes them so popular, the 27 defies its length with such a well designed interior, it offers more room than most 30 footers. Salina is "ready to sailaway" without any money to be spent. Her rigging is only 5 years old, she has been re-wired with all new LED lights, the engine has been completely overhauled with new hoses, filters, impeller, heat exchanger, clamps etc... The mainsail is only 4 years old and hardly used, new Raymarine depth and speed log (2023), Rocna anchor and a Simrad Autopilot (2023).
