This Catalina 309 is ready for someone to enjoy many leisurely hours cruising aboard with a very well equipped and maintained yacht.
A pleasure to sail with a spacious cockpit including corner "champagne" seats. All sail controls leading aft can be operated from the cockpit. Custom made near new dodger provides shade and protection.
Both the mainsail (in-mast) and Genoa are both furling and very easy to operate. Shallow draft Wing Keel (1.32m)
The saloon is a class above with cream coloured soft leather upholstery. Two spacious double berths, the vee berth up front and another double enclosed berth at the rear. A 5th person can be accommodated on the lounge. Fully equipped galley including a gas oven with two burner stove, 80 litre Waeco fridge, espresso coffee machine and coffee grinder (both Rancilio)
Electric toilet and hot shower make living aboard very comfortable. On those chiily nights turn on the diesel heater (German made) and you'll be as warm as toast.
Lots of extras included that don't come as standard including: full flyscreens, 240 volt 2500 watt inverter, 5 x 100 amp hour AGM house batteries (new in 2021), 2nd alternator 80 amp with smart regulator, folding mast steps, modified anchor - added depth, full LED lighting, Boom brake, asymmetric spinnaker with sock plus much more!
