Classic 54' Timber Cutter Ketch
Designed by the respected naval architect Winthrop (William H. ) Warner, Tere is a 54' timber, auxiliary, cutter ketch, based on his acclaimed Blue Sea III design, built of Mahogon by Robert Newton's America Marine in Hong Kong in 1962 for Louis Valier of Hawaii.
Designed for Pacific cruising, Tere has proven herself as a capable and comfortable blue-water yacht. Her practical layout includes a secure midships cockpit, a bright and spacious galley and comfortable saloon, an aft owner's cabin with private head, a separate forward guest cabin, substantial storage area and dual access engine room.
A major interior refit by a previous owner, together with extensive upgrades by the current owners, has equipped Tere for stylish coastal cruising, offshore passages or comfortable live aboard use.
