Ready for coastal sailing

This is a well loved and maintained 50 year old yacht that is raced regularly with Jervis Bay Yacht Club. I am selling due to change of circumstances, aiming to get a smaller trailable yacht. Relentless was built in Auckland in 1973, and is number 12 out of the mould. I have spent many hours maintaining her and she was last slipped in October 2022. She has a chart plotter plus depth sounder and log. Tiller steered. New sails in 2015 and rigging in 2018 New toerails/Barge rails made out of Jarrah. Volvo Penta 18 hp motor at 1091 hrs. Regularly serviced. Complete new wiring, battery and solar panel in 2015. Electric winch Cat. 4 safety ( probably Cat 7). Tender is relatively new inflatable 5 persons Mini Kota trolling motor.
Wardrobe is furled genoa main and Spinnaker with a couple of older foresails. Anchors x 2 LPG stove Pump in Pump out and porta loo toilet VHF radio with 2 aerials Autohelm. 2 Bilge pumps and another manual one.
Will sail her till sold. Ready for coastal work.
Lives on swing mooring but RMS will not allow the sale of the mooring with the boat.
