CURRAWONG 30  SOLD

Designed by Peter Joubert, the Currawong 30 is the smallest yacht to ever win the Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. The build quality is top shelf and everything is designed and built for blue water cruising. This Currawong is would make a good liveaboard for FIFO or single retiree. The mast step/chainplates are overbuilt stainless steel wrapping the interior hull. She has accomodation for 5 in the V-berth, saloon and single quarter berth. The cockpit is deep and long providing ample protection from the elements with its bimini and dodger. The engine has less than 100 hours since rebuild and has recently had the valves rebedded and the coooling system serviced including manifold. The sails rate 5/10. The cap shrouds and upper intermediates have been replaced new in late 2021. A new toe rail has been installed. She does require some maintenance in regards to cosmetics. Otherwise good to go.
