CUSTOM 48 OFFSHORE SAIL CATAMARAN  SOLD

Built and designed in Adelaide SA this beautiful Sail Cat was built to offshore standards but offers excellent comfort and stability for cruising and enjoying our coastline and islands or just a fantastic, comfortable live aboard.

This cat presents in excellent condition. Very clean inside and out. Owned by a meticulous owner.

Wide steps in the scoops for easy boarding and stainless davits and rails on the stern. "Dolce Vita" has full stainless rails all around for offshore security. The cockpit is large with over 2.7M of headroom to the hard top. Lounges on both sides with a table offset to the port side. Two elevated forward facing double seat positions, with one serving as the helm seat on the port side allows very clear and commanding views through the large front windscreen. All the lines and clutches are within easy reach of the helm. There is a perspex opening roof hatch above the helm seat that allows a good view of the mast and main sail.
The forward deck has two trampolines and easy access to the roof. Central is a Maxwell anchor winch with a 25KG Stainless steel Bruce anchor.
A hinged door allows access to the salon and the interior of the cat. The salon has an L shape lounge and solid timber table. 4 Roof hatches and large side windows allow plenty of natural light and ventilation. Port side has plenty of storage and cupboards and the starboard side is where the galley is. Domestic style and size fridge freeze and a separate freezer chest. Plenty of drawers and cupboards. Large, deep stainless sink and a 3 burner stove and oven with hinged glass cover and opposite a microwave. There is also a washing machine in the salon in one of the cupboards. Easy access to the switchboard at chest height on the bulkhead.
There are two comfortable queens size beds in two cabins forward of the salon on each side with large en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms have steps that allow access to the forward deck via the large hatches above. There are two electric toilets with holding tanks.
In the aft there are two additional cabins with a large single or small double bed. The Yanmar engines are located under the aft beds.
Everything on and in this vessel is designed for ease of use and easy maintenance and access.
Comes with a 12' Rib and 4Hp Yamaha outboard, Garmin Plotter, multiview and autopilot. Garmin radar. Air conditioning, 6KW Generator, Solar panels on the roof, winde generator, washing machine and plenty of spares. The main sail is stored in a boom bag with lazy jacks, Genoa on a furler and a Spinnaker with sock.
