Have brought this yacht and started getting it ready for an extensive cruising trip and unforseen work circumstances are leading me to head back to the west coast and currently repainting the topsides. It has just been sandblasted under the waterline.

The yacht is a professionally built round bilge corten steel ketch, it has cruised through Asia and the Pacific recently. The yacht is very clean inside and out and has no rust in it.
It has a neat steel wheelhouse for safety when cruising abroad or for rainny days/nights staying dry and warm.
It has over 6 foot of head room through out and a massive aft cabin with a double bed (can sit up on the bed) and an ensuite with hot/cold shower and an electric toilet.
The yacht has lots of storage space through out including hanging cupboards for clothes, very large food storage cupboards for extended trips, plenty of storage space for bits and pieces in the galley and saloon area for general living plus loads of storage for fishing and diving gear.
It has a smev 3 burner gas stove/oven.
The woodwork in the yacht is very clean and in great condition.

The standing rigging was replaced in 2018 and the running rigging is all new.
It has brand new Rolly tasker sails and lazy jack bags.
It also comes has brand new spinlock xcs clutches and Anderson 28 self tailing two speed winches for lines leading to the cockpit with self tailing lewmar deck winches for sheet lines.

It comes with a brand new 180L/hour watermaker with a stainless steel cat pump.
It also has a katadyn 40 watermaker fitted as a backup. With loads of spares.

It has a brand new1500w Italwinch Anchor windlass.
100meters of 10mm anchor chain.
With a 25kg Rochna anchor and also a spare 25kg Rochna anchor

It has a brand new Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter with AIS and Radar overlay and a Raymarine Axiom 7 on the navigation table which both are linked together through a network.
It has a brand new Raymarine i70s wind gauge set.

It's got 8x AGM house batteries and 1x crank battery.
It's got a 300watt tilting/adjustable solar panel on the davaits and 4x 40watt panels on the rails that also tilt and lock into place as needed.
It's also got a brand new Rutland 1200 wind turbine.
It has a 100amp ballmar marine alternator fitted also for extra power if ever needed.
It's got a brand new 3000watt inverter.

The yacht has a hot/cold water system throughout including in the ensuite of the aft cabin.

It has a freshly rebuilt Perkins 4108 52 horsepower motor with a valvet drive gearbox.
It has all the paperwork and manuals for both the motor and the valvet drive including plenty of spares
