The seller has full authority to sell, and a clean Bill of Sale will be provided at closing. The yacht is priced accordingly to reflect a straightforward, direct transaction. There was a Marine Survey report done a couple months ago on the vessel in Fiji. This price is in USD $275,000 not Australian dollars, according to purchase documents on file $425,000 was paid for the vessel in California last year. The widow is currently in Thailand and wants to sell. She has no interest in sailing or boats and is a very motivated seller. I have all the legal paper work for the vessel in Seattle Washington.
