Remarks
This boat has served me well for over 10 years as a liveaboard and occasional sailing. It has been looked after and maintained (antifouling and anodes etc by professional Salter Marine. It travels well, having a good ballast and strong engine. It was not only built by deGroote, but also refurbished by him just before I purchased it (he visits occasionally to see it). The price has been set at $29,000 or nearest offer, in order to sell it over the summer period. It makes for a cheap accomodation if you visit Hobart and is a pleasure to take out on the Derwent River. The Prince of Wales Bay Marina (where it is berthed) is one of the best in Australia. The marina fees are paid up to March 2026 - if you get in quick you can save some money.
