Buy the whole boat or buy 50% with one of the current owners. My current partner of 6 years has bought a house on the island and wants a smaller boat. I would prefer to keep my share but will sell 100%.
She is perfectly equipped for med cruising, a great layout on deck and down below, sails and handles beautifullly in light winds to a strong Meltimi and is easily handled by one of needed.
Italian Registration VAT paid so no need to exit the EU periodically.
She is structurally and mechanically excellent but needs new sails and could do with some cosmetic work to make her sparkle or continue to enjoy her as she is.

Sparcraft. Conventional boom but set. Ball bearing cars on mast. Therefore, hoisting, reefing and stowing are easy.

Remarks
Really well set up boat - ideally some attention to cosmetics - but good for 10 year old boat.
