Elvstrom 48 Steel - Australian Registered

Designed by one of the worlds best sailors and designers, Paul Elvstrom, comes this beautiful 48ft steel blue water cruising cutter. Built by Jack Hofland in Fremantle and launched in 1991, the current owners have kept her in tip top condition, making sure that there is little if anything to do for new owners. Originally a 46ft yacht she was extended by the addition of a sugar scoop to 48ft.

Paul Elvstrom had an illustrious career as a sailmaker, yacht designer, Olympic Gold Medalist and many other roles in yaxchting. His legacy is his books on sailing and his many designs including this yacht. You know she will sail well.
