Le Truck was designed by renowned boat designer Bruce Farr (Design No 139) and built by local shipwright and boat builder Ron MacArthur. The hull, deck and rig are strong and in good order. It has an extensive, modern sail wardrobe, new standing rigging (Nov. 2020), refrigeration, instrumentation and a 27HP Yanmar diesel.
Accomodation consists of two double quarter berths, 2 settee berths, 1 pilot berth. Le Truck performs well and is a competitive inshore/ offshore racing boat or just a comfortable cruiser. She needs a bit of a clean up and some paint and varnish to improve her appearance but otherwise she is a good boat.
