Jasmin is a well-proven 2011 Fountaine Pajot Mahé 36 Evolution, offering an excellent balance of comfort, performance and easy handling. Designed to deliver true cruising capability without sacrificing sailing enjoyment, the Mahé 36 Evolution is highly regarded as a capable offshore catamaran that remains simple to sail short-handed, making her equally suitable for experienced sailors or those newer to multihulls.

Her ocean-going credentials are well established. Jasmin completed Atlantic and Pacific crossings from the Mediterranean to Australia during 2012 and 2013, followed by six years based in Townsville cruising Queensland waters from the Whitsundays to Port Douglas. Over the past two years, she has continued an active cruising life, exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Torres Strait, Wessel Islands, the Kimberley and Broome, before returning to Darwin where she is currently located.

Fountaine Pajot designed the Mahé 36 to offer the best of both worlds: a comfortable inshore and offshore cruiser that still delivers rewarding sailing performance. Jasmin is a testament to this, having won the multihull division at Port Douglas Race Week in 2021.

The panoramic saloon and galley connect seamlessly with the large cockpit on a single level, creating an outstanding living and entertaining space with excellent ventilation and visibility. Accommodation is generous for her size, featuring two full-size owner's cabins with queen-size beds, one in each hull, each with a private ensuite.

All sail controls are led to the helm, allowing for easy single-handed or short-handed sailing. Significant maintenance and major upgrades include a new watermaker, professionally peeled, re-glassed and recoated hulls below the waterline in 2018, replacement standing rigging in October 2021, new solar panels and lithium batteries, a Rutland 1200 wind generator, and a new Hypalon tender in 2024, plus fresh antifouling completed in December 2025.
