Meet S/V Albatross, a proven 32' steel cutter, currently located in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

Albatross is a testament to the proven Ganley design, known for being tough and seakindly. Her 5mm steel hull provides immense strength and peace of mind. Her fin keel is long enough to track well on passage, but nimble in tight spaces. The rudder has full skeg for safety. The solid dodger deflects the roughest of seas. The Perkins 4108 diesel engine has never missed a beat, and at 48hp there is no lack of power. With her furling and working jibs, Aries self-steering windvane, Albatross comfortably handles short-handed coastal sailing and offshore passages.

Below deck, Albatross offers a practical open layout with two main cabins and three berths - the forward berth is almost king sized for comfortable live-aboard sleeping. The galley is equipped with a gas two-burner stove, grill and oven; a Vitrifrigo compressor fridge, and sink. The main saloon seats four comfortably. There is a large storage cupboard to port amidships.

Like many in steel, she presents as a working boat - solid and practical. She was hauled out for major repairs last year including replacement of two hull sections, all professionally welded and repainted. Unlike many steel boats her hull is easily inspected from the inside. I have owned her for 15 years and enjoyed many adventures, however due to injury and a rapidly expanding family she needs a new home.

Albatross is ready for adventure and offers an affordable entry into serious cruising or live-aboard lifestyle. Don't miss the chance to own a sturdy, go-anywhere sailboat!
