Grainger 40 Bluewater Catamaran

Celestial, (formerly Tokyo Express) is a 40-foot Grainger sailing catamaran built in 1997 by Tim Western, with AMSA and QLD registration.

Two 2017 4 stroke 25hp long shaft, high thrust Yamaha outboard engines provide excellent power and efficiency when needed. 300L SS fuel capacity.

The catamaran's wide (7m beam) stable hulls provide comfort while sailing, good speed in light winds ensuring smooth voyages even when conditions are challenging. The grainger style catamaran is a good balance of comfort and sailing ability.

A high-quality build, western red cedar strip planking with marine ply and fibreglass overlay
