Modelled on the original Halvorsen Freya 39 that won back to back Sydney to Hobart races in the original series. This is a Corten Steel High Latitude Sailing Vessel that has all the bells and whistles but more importantly is built to last and has the wonderful Corten steel hull and stainless steel fittings which have anti-corrosion properties. It is a low maintenance steel hull, believe it or not. I had a standing offer for 45k on the hull alone, but now I am selling for a hugely discounted price for what was once advertised as 165k.
This is a Deceased Estate.
As is, where is.
Includes transfer of mooring license and 2.5tonne mooring apparatus in Henley Bay.
Idyllic location next to a Ferry Wharf, beach, dinghy rack, park reserve and free parking 24/7/365 in Hunters Hill District... In Gladesville.
