Partially Completed Project Boat - It can be a rewarding and satisfying experience renovating a yacht that needs some upgrade work to bring it up to that "enjoyable/reliable" state.

An ideal boat for those who love working on them, but don't wish to start from scratch.

The Modified H28 is known for it's grace of line, stability, sea worthiness and sound construction principles, and this one regularly sailed between Australia and New Zealand.

'Artemis' is a yacht waiting for a special touch. The wiring has been replaced, and the interior has been repainted and the timber has been restored for a fresh start with some modifications to the living quarters which includes 4 single berths, storage and galley including a kitchen sink.

On deck 'Artemis' has been completely repainted and new non-skid applied. In March 2025 full maintenance occurred including antifoul, thru-hull fittings, seacocks and hull repaint - No osmosis was to be found on inspection.

Stainless steel rigging and original mast are in good condition, just requiring to be attached. There are smaller items original to 'Artemis' which will be included in the sale.

A new 9.9hp Yamaha 4 stroke long shaft outboard has been specially fitted to the stern. Also included is a Nanni 21hp, 3 cyl diesel engine with a stainless steel fuel tank.
