Holland 25

"Dutch Courage" is a Holland 25 yacht, designed by the New Zealand maritime architect Ron Holland in the late seventies and a few hundred boats have been produced in Australia since the 1970's and 80's. She is fitted out beautifully for cruising, racing or having fun in family.

She is well set up to be easily sailed shorthanded with easy access to the primary winches and the mainsheet in easy reach of the helm and all lines lead back to the cockpit. There is easy access around the side decks, and plenty of space on the bow.

"Dutch Courage" has accommodation for 4, a small but functional galley and plenty of headroom (6') for a 25" yacht, allowing the family to enjoy sailing and resting in the marinas along the bay.

- Flares (validity: 11/2028) and Fire Extinguisher.

- Vire 7HP inboard (2 strokes engine, easy for services, fully reworked in April 2025)

The boat was slipped for antifouling/service in November 2025 and has a comprehensive survey completed done at the same time.
