Over the past 5 years there have been numerous upgrades to the value of $50,000 including a new engine. 12v battery charger (240v), 240v inverter, oven, approved gas cooker plumbed. New radio, led lights, fridge (freezer option), 12v oven, 12/240v hot water system. Smart Tv and blue tooth speaker. This yacht is live aboard with electric toilet.

New MFD unit (Axiom 7"), auto pilot, wind instrument. Replaced diesel with new electric ePod motor, batteries chargeable at sea via in series solar panel array with dual Victron blue tooth controllers and back up array.

Water storage tank, 12v / 240v shower water heater. Electric flush macerator toilet. Auto bilge with backup manual pump. Oh and don't worry electric 8mm anchor chain winch (50m). You gotta be kidding me I'm not pulling that thing up lol.

Main and jib sails in very good order. Yacht comes with 1.5m inflatable dingy with Haswing electric outboard worth $3000 and back up Watersnake with battery.
