Over the past 5 years there have been numerous upgrades. 12v battery charger (240v), 240v inverter, oven, approved gas cooker plumbed. New radio, led lights, fridge (freezer option), 12v oven. Smart Tv and blue tooth speaker. This yacht is live aboard.

New MFD unit (Axiom 7"), auto pilot, wind instrument. Replaced diesel with new electric ePod motor, batteries chargeable at sea via solar panel array with dual Victron blue tooth controllers and back up array.

Water storage tank, 12v / 240v shower water heater. Electric flush macerator toilet. Auto bilge with backup manual pump. Oh and don't worry electric 8mm anchor chain winch (50m). You gotta be kidding me I'm not pulling that thing up lol.

Main and jib sale in very good order. And comes with 1.4m inflatable dingy with Haswing electric outboard (paddles) worth $3000 and back up Watersnake with battery.
