The Axxon carbon mast with Ronstan track and cars, integrated 200 litre water ballast system, E bar rudder toe trim with helm side controls, and tension monitored forestay and bobstay create a highly tuneable and competitive rig platform. Extensive late 2025 updates to the running rigging, full Karver clutch replacement across all fourteen positions, cross sheeting jib arrangements, twin tack lines, staysail strong point, carbon poles, friction ring reaching systems, and upgraded runner tails collectively produce a deck layout optimised for confident shorthanded offshore sailing while retaining full crew racing capability.

Electronics and Navigation

Navigation, performance data, and onboard connectivity are equally comprehensive. A full B and G H5000 instrument suite is paired with three Garmin GNX120 Maxi mast displays and an LT 500 high accuracy compass, ensuring precise and highly visible data in all conditions. Autopilot control is available from each helm and via remote, supported by a nine-inch Zeus cockpit plotter and a Panasonic Toughbook navigation computer below. Offshore communication and power management are addressed through 4G connectivity, inverter, Wi Fi, and a high performance Starlink router, all integrated with custom antenna and safety mounting on the transom rail to create a modern race ready command environment suited to both competition and delivery sailing.

North 3Di Sail Inventory

The North 3Di sail inventory is extensive, highly competitive, and presented in excellent condition, with several sails virtually new. The wardrobe includes three mainsails, two 3Di RAW examples including one added late last year, plus a Dacron delivery main. Four headsails cover 3Di Light, AP, reefable AP, and J5 configurations, complemented by a genoa staysail. Off wind and specialty sails include A1, symmetric S1.5, A2, A4, A6, and J0 options, allowing precise optimisation across IRC race formats and a wide range of wind strengths and angles. This depth of inventory enables an incoming owner to campaign immediately at a high level without further major sail investment.

Safety preparation is complete to full Category 1 offshore standard, including liferaft, lightweight anchoring solutions, additional water capacity, supplementary manual bilge capability, and all required inspections, certification, and compliance documentation.
