A cruising yacht with excellent sailing characteristics and a superb use of space. This example was sold new by PBS and sports the spacious owners 2-cabin layout with lots of stowage space throughout. For additional berths the saloon dinette converts quickly & easily to an additional double.
Modest draft at 1.83m and high stability make this a yacht that is very capable of cruising the East coast of Australia, but equally at home exploring your local waterway.
The cockpit is comfortable where the enclosed helm seat drops to allow a walkthrough to the swim platform where there is a fold-down swim ladder, cold shower and bayonet fitting for the stainless BBQ. There is protection with a Spray-dodger, Bimini + boom-under awning, and the steering pedestal has a foldout cockpit table. There are two cockpit lockers and gas locker with new bottle.
The engine is a Beta 30hp installed in May 2022 with only 40 hours on it and drives a shaft with 3-blade folding prop. The yacht was last antifouled in July 2024, and engine serviced in September 2025.
Instruments were all new Raymarine in 2020 with log, depth and wind displays, and an Axiom 7" MFD/chart plotter, there is also a 135W solar panel mounted on the Bimini feeding 2 x 120A house batteries and 55A engine battery.
There are four self-tailing winches, adjustable jib cars and a mainsheet traveller. Sails are a fully battened Dacron Mainsail with Ruttgerson cars at the battens, lazy-jacks and a boom-bag, and a 2021 furling Dacron jib that can be poled out with a tapered alloy spinnaker/whisker pole.
Down below there is a traditional L-shaped galley with twin sinks, a 130 Litre fridge and 2-burner stove with oven. Opposite is the head which has a shower screen to the shower/toilet cubicle, aft of which is a dry locker. The toilet is electric with a 60 Litre holding tank.
Forward of the head on the port side is the nav' table and instrument panel. The table slides back out of the way to increase seating capacity revealing a good-sized bench seat opposite of which is a U-shaped dinette. The dinette table expands with an insert allowing those sitting to port to also access it, and the table drops easily to quickly form an additional double for which there is a specific insert cushion. The V-berth forward is conventional and full length, while back aft of the galley the owner's cabin has a King sized double with mattress overlay, good cross ventilation and a hanging locker.
All interior is Burmese teak veneers and solid teak on the galley and nav' table edges. The structure under the interior furniture is glassed to the hull for additional strength and rigidity.
This is a fine cruising yacht ready to be enjoyed by its next owner, so don't miss out, contact PBS now to book an inspection.
