The large cockpit is a genuinely comfortable and social space, enhanced by like new custom cockpit cushions (most never used), Fusion speakers and a large recently varnished cockpit table with cooler/storage din.

There is a custom dodger (including grab rails & rope bags), a new bimini with removeable side and aft sun filters that provides excellent shade and weather protection with new teak toe rails and cockpit teak leading to the S/S BBQ and new cockpit H/C shower.

With twin leather covered helms, walk through transom and swim ladder getting in or out of the new inflatable dinghy with electric outboard or the water after a relaxing swim is made easy.

Sailing systems are well laid out, with four Harken winches including an electric winch for the in-mast furling mainsail and furling headsail and all lines leading back to the cockpit making sail handling safe, simple and efficient.

A new self-feathering prop, deep rudder and bow thruster (new motor) adds confidence and ease when manoeuvring in tight spaces and with a remote and chain counter at the helm,, a large Masson anchor and 60m of new chain, anchoring is stress free.

Apart from three large storage lockers providing ample space for all necessary gear, there is a dedicated gas locker that can accommodate two gas bottles with recent gas certification supplying not only your interior needs but also the pulpit mounted stainless steel BBQ via a dedicated bayonet fitting for your outdoor cooking experience.

This yacht is perfect for both passage making and live-aboard experiences, combining performance with comfort and safety.

There is a recently upgraded and professionally installed 300Ah lithium battery system, an 1800w inverter and all wiring and monitoring systems in place to accommodate your choice of solar. This, along with a new engine start battery and a new dedicated bow thruster battery and LED lighting throughout she is set up to handle all your power needs.

Electronics are well covered with Raymarine navigation equipment including a VHF radio, chartplotter, autopilot and multiple instruments at each helm.

The standing rigging was renewed in 2017, professionally inspected annually (last done 11/25) to comply with Club Marine Insurance blue-water cruising requirements and the running rigging has been replaced over the last four years. Both the mainsail and headsail have been recently removed, serviced, and reinstalled.

Powering the vessel is the reliable and well maintained Yanmar 4JH4E 54HP diesel engine, recently serviced, with a new three bladed self-feathering propellor delivering confident performance under power for cruising and manoeuvring.

Below deck is where this yacht truly stands out. The raised deck saloon design creates an open, airy interior with excellent headroom and a real sense of space throughout.

This is the highly sort after rare two cabin, two ensuite layout, featuring an enormous full width aft master cabin and a generous size guest cabin with custom bedding to enhance your liv aboard experience. There is an additional unique double berth (doesn't require the table to be lowered) and single settee berth in the saloon with lee cloths should this be required.

The spacious saloon features a large centre-line duel leaf table with wine storage, a large colour TV with DVD and a proper forward facing nav' station. There is an abundance of storage in cupboards, behind and under the seating and below the saloon teak and holly floor.

The L shaped galley is well appointed, featuring a large 140L fridge with freezer compartment, twin sinks with H/C pressure water, two burner stove with oven, built-in microwave, excellent storage and even a pantry. Utilising the inverter, you can even have all of those home luxuries such as your own coffee machine powered via the 240v outlet, providing you with your favourite blend whilst on anchor.
