YOTI proudly presents the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44i 'Tequila Mockingbird', exclusively for sale with our team in Queensland.

Built in 2010,'Tequila Mockingbird' is a well-presented and maintained modern cruising yacht with a large interior volume and a long list of important and recent upgrades. This competent, safe cruising yacht is relatively easy for a small crew to handle. It also has a factory-fitted tunnel Max Power bow thruster, making docking easy when needed.

The big twin-wheel cockpit is fully covered with a new sprayhood, bimini with infill, and drop-down sides, all new in 2023. Good visibility is retained from either helm, with the big Genoa winches within easy reach. The cockpit is comfortable and safe, with lots of storage and excellent access through the opening transom to dock and tender.

Her Raymarine navigation equipment was upgraded in 2022. Two Axiom plotters (one of them a pro series) in nav pods at each helm, three new i70 Multifunction displays, a new autopilot sensor and head, new VHF and a new Quantum 2 Doppler radar on a mast. Her 2018 Yanmar 54HP engine still only has 400 hours on the clock.

This vessel can be set up as a three-of-four cabin layout. A removable bulkhead can split the large forward owner's cabin into two smaller doubles. Two large adult double cabins are aft, each with en-suite heads and showers. These heads are also accessible from the saloon. The U-shaped saloon with centre island seating offers valuable storage. The in-line galley again offers lots of storage and big refrigeration.

'Tequila Mockingbird' was antifouled in November '23, recently polished, in a 'turn key' condition and ready for her new owners. The Australian registration makes international cruising one big step closer.
