Kan Walker Saga 31
Saga 31 keel boat designed by the famous Kan Walker from Geelong and built by McDowell and Venn boat builders.
I have owned this boat for 10 years and mostly cruised Port Phillip bay with my family- only selling to dedicate my time to junior sailing.
The previous owner had replaced the sails and had the Bukh 10 hp engine rebuilt (receipts are on boat).
I added a bow thruster to boat to make single handled maneuvering easier along with respective solar.
The boat has always had tiny pimples that are only in the outer gelcoat and are only 2 mm deep and of no concern to the last surveyor.
Sleeps 3 to 4, has metho stove and pump out toilet.
The boat is moored in Geelong at the Lagoon boat club. There is a possibility that the new owner could take over the mooring subject to availabilty and normal club membership rules and costs.
