Peterson 46 cutter rigged centre cockpit yacht, built and launched 1980, designed by Doug Peterson and built by Formosa Yachts is now for sale with DBY Boat Sales.

The original Ford Lehman 80hp engine has a good service history and runs well. The cockpit is huge and well protected from the weather with canvas and clears all around, mostly are removable for air flow. One of the best features of this yacht is the aft companionway which leads to an enormous aft cabin, totally private with ensuite and large overhead opening hatch. Downstairs there are 14 opening bronze portlight windows for airflow and a total of 3 deck hatches plus dorades. Accommodation areas are all large, V berth forward with ensuite, single bunk to starboard, settee table drops for another big double and there's a single berth in the corridor between the cabins which is the ideal sea berth. The galley is sea friendly with a U-shaped design, plenty of cupboards and bench space for preparing food. This is a true Bluewater liveaboard and a yacht that is capable of 200nm days.
