The vessel is turn key ready for the next owner to set sail with its 4 cabin 2 head layout there is plenty of room onboard with ample storage. Both bathrooms have separated head and shower with a good size sink and plenty of storage.

All cabins feature wardrobes and full under bed storage, two additional single mattresses in the bow either side great for kids onboard or extra storage for larger items.

Spacious saloon and galley on the main deck with a fold out bar and sliding window to open out to the cockpit makes for a great entertaining boat. Large outdoor undercover dinning/ entertaining area great for any weather with a hardtop Bimini.

The vessel has had its two new Volvo D1-30 engines installed in 2021 along with new Morse cables and sound proofing replaced.

New sails (main, jib, Spinika) sail bag, tramp and external upholstery all replaced in 2022 with quality Sunbrella material and have only seen one trip from Sydney to the Whitsundays and back since new.

The standing Rigging was new In 2017 and running rigging was replaced in 2022 with mostly high Quality dynema lines.

The anchor chain was replaced in 2023.

Also had a desalinator and high Pressure deck washed installed in 2022.

House battery system was upgraded in 2018 from the original AGM (400AH) to lifepo4 600Ah Along with a Victron MPPT solar charger 3x 200w solar panels. New 240v 4000w inverter was installed in 2022 along with a lock out system to integrate the 240v power into the vessels existing 240v system to power the desalinator and Air compressor.

Galley features a double sink and large separated fridge freezer also included is an additional portable fridge freezer for longer passages has been added in the port bow peak for extra cold storage.

Stereo was upgraded to a new fusion head unit with 2x 8inch rear speakers and 10inch subwoofer in 2023.

We are very reluctant to sell but now as a young family our lives have taken another direction the vessel is ready for your next adventure.
