Leopard 46, designed by Morrelli & Melvin and built in South Africa by Robertson and Caine, is exclusively for sale with DBY Boat Sales. This sailing vessel is recognized in the cruising community as one of the most successful examples of a blue water cruising catamaran. The design provides an ideal balance between comfort, performance, and reliability. She consistently outperforms other production boats of similar size and vintage when sailing offshore.

Launched in 2010, SV ChangeUp has never been chartered and all her owners have been meticulous with her care. Her current owners, a family of 4, have performed extensive maintenance and upgrades in their time with her, and have cruised comfortably and safely for the past 2.5 years.

ChangeUp has the owner's layout with 3 cabins & 3 heads. The 2 port cabins each have a semi-island double berth and an ensuite head and shower, each of which is of a generous size and enclosed by a proper door. The starboard forward owner's area has an oversized head with large shower, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet and storage cabinet with washer/dryer. The hallway leading forward to the owner's head includes a full-length double closet, a linen storage cabinet, and writing desk with upper storage cabinet. The stern hallway leading to the owner's berth includes full settee, and bookshelf with two storage cabinets on either side suitable as a folded clothes dresser, and a large television mounted on a swing arm bracket to enjoy a movie in bed. All beds have external facing under-bed storage as well as under-bed deep storage areas.
