Lexcen 40 Miller Whitworth Sloop

This 40-foot Miller Whitworth monohull, designed by Ben Lexcen, is a solid, proven sailing yacht with strong racing pedigree that has been fully converted for cruising and long-term liveaboard use.

Owned and lived aboard for many years, the vessel underwent a complete refit during this time, including a major electrical and navigation upgrade in 2022. She cuts through the water beautifully, cruises comfortably, and feels solid and confidence-inspiring in all conditions.
First registered in 1981, with a reliable Yanmar diesel that is fully serviced and starts every time. The yacht completed a successful passage from Brisbane to Newcastle in August 2024.
