A highly sought after yacht for those looking for a very spacious and economical ocean cruiser for GBR explorations, Fishing Trips or as a Permanent/Part-Time Live Aboard option.
Martzcraft produced yachts which are renowned for their very high quality hand laid fibreglass builds, exceptional sea-keeping qualities and spacious interior layouts.
Two-Up is a great example of this design which has been maintained and upgraded to meet a good standard. She was previously a Live Aboard and is therefore fitted with creature comforts such as an 80 ltr Refrigerator/Freezer, Air Conditioning and great LPG Galley set-up. She can comfortably sleep 6, with the Aft Cabin set-up to cater for a Queen size or 2 x Single bed sleeping arrangements (New-never used mattresses included).
The Vetus M4.15,33 HP Diesel Engine (3 ltrs/hr @ 7 kts Cruise Speed) has only just reached 232 running hours. A cooling system clean and annual Engine service was completed by KG Mechanical Cairns in April 2023.
Two-Up is fitted with an oversize Ray-Marine Auto-Pilot and Chart Plotter system which makes cruising very enjoyable.
In Jan 2022 she had all House and Engine starting Batteries replaced with Gel-Cells with all electrical systems checked correct at completion of installation.
The 'Pacific Blue' Dodger, Rear Canopy awning and Mainsail bag were manufactured and Installed by Coastal Coverings for $6000 in March 2022.
The included Dinghy and Outboard Motor (with OCA Full Cover) were both purchased last year and have only been used twice. The Dinghy is an Aurora Reef Rider RHIB UL 240 (Serial # CN-AURU2405L122) and the OB is a Mercury ME 2.5 HP 4 Stroke (Serial # 1R013931) the purchase cost for both items was $4882.
She does require minor internal cosmetic work (some sanding & varnishing), the Deck needs a fresh coat of paint and she is due for a Slipping (Hull Clean and Anti-Fouling) which is why we have reduced the asking price accordingly: Notwithstanding she is in good structural condition.
This is a regrettable sale, however; due to a change in employment, we simply do not have the time/availability to take advantage of this vessel.
Currently berthed at Bluewater Marina Cairns, buyers may remain in the position for as long as needed (by arrangement with Berth Owner).
