Description: Mottle 33 CUTTER RIGGED CAPABLE CRUISER EXCELLENT CONDITION
With exceptional accommodation, a clever layout, and impressive sailing performance, it's no surprise that the Mottle 33 is so highly regarded. Renowned as as competitive club and twilight racers, as well as safe and comfortable coastal and offshore cruisers, Joe Adams designed a truely versatile vessel. This mottle 33 is a great example of the design, presenting in excellent condition throughout. The vessel has been cruised extensively by its experienced owners including two Circumnavigations of Tasmania with the Van Diemen's Land Rally, and numerous trips up and down the east coast of Tasmania. The vessel is very well set up for serious offshore sailing and features a cutter rig with two headsail furlers, giving additional versatility to its sail plan. With the ability to be successfully raced, with the comforts of a family cruiser, and Bluewater capability, this vessel is sure to impress.

Stepping inside, the vessel has a charming traditional fit out with light coloured timber trims and white paintwork. The saloon has seating around the folding leaf table for 6 in comfort. The accommodation is well appointed with a large master cabin aft featuring a double (can be two singles), and excellent storage. A second double berth is in the forepeak, and two single berths are available in the saloon when additional accomodation is required. The L Shaped galley is to starboard and features a stainless steel sink, large fridge, 2 burner gas stove with oven, and excellent bench space. Opposite is the chart table with VHF Radio. The package is complete with private bathroom which doubles as an ensuite to the master cabin.

On deck, the large cockpit is appointed with comfortable cushions, and the helm station features a stunning bespoke timber wheel. Set up to be easily managed shorthanded, the mainsheet and jib sheets are easy to reach from the helm station. Well equipped with a boom bag and lazy jacks, and twin headsail Furlers, sail handling is safe and simple. Having been cruised extensively, this vessel is set up with stainless steel dinghy davits and a spray dodger for comfort.

This vessel is powered by a Yamnar 24HP Diesel Engine which easily provides 5 to 6 knots of speed. This has been well maintained and serviced annually.

Whether you want to cruise locally, compete in twilight races, or head off Bluewater cruising, this vessel has the performance and safety to do it all with ease. For more information please call Jo Breen on 0432031100 or John Radonic on 0459322862.
