If you're actually looking for a boat to sail the harbour this will be a great buy for you. Unfortunately, if you're not ready to make a decision now it's not going to be for you.

It was priced to sell at $11,500 (was insured for $14,500) and that price has been significantly discounted as it has to be sold by early-June.

It has been excellent to me and whoever who buys will be getting a bargain! Given that is has to be out of the pen by 16 June, I'll take the best offer I receive (within reason). I will pay the registration on April 24 for the full year.

It is a very well maintained boat is set up in a way that makes it easy enough to sail single-handed and it sails very well. The 10HP Nanni Diesel engine was reconditioned at Presidents Marine in 2021 and runs like a dream.

p. S, rigging recently replaces and extra sails, lifejackets, etc all included with the boat ~ I believe the previous owner raced it but I have only used it for leisure within Sydney Harbour using the main and headsail only (no spinnaker).
