A performance racer cruiser from a Peter Cole design, this 1980 Nantucket 31 Chloe, is now for sale exclusively with DBY Boat Sales.

The very tidy 30hp Yanmar 3YM30 shaft drive engine was installed in 2012, has run just over 500 hours, and was serviced just 9 months ago, and with antifouling done in April 2023, she is turnkey and ready to go.

The standing rigging has just about reached 10 years of age, but was inspected in January this year, and the 2 sails, a full batten main and a furling #2 genoa were fitted in 2017.

With wheel steering, a Raymarine autopilot and with all lines led aft to the cockpit she is a dream to sail short handed, and she even boasts a spray dodger and bimini.

The interior and upholstery present very well, and with an enclosed toilet and berths for 6, she is a real coastal cruiser or weekender.

The galley is well laid out with a 2 burner metho stove and a Waeco 12 / 240 volt fridge and plenty of pantry-storage capacity. As well she has a Magma gas barbecue and cylinder in the cockpit.

Chloe was completely rewired in 2014 and has 3 solar panels on a custom arch off the pushpit, and she even comes complete with an inflatable dinghy and 4hp Honda outboard motor.

Very well maintained by caring owners: new Goiot forward hatch fitted in 2019, new engine mounts and alignment in 2020... And with numerous spares aboard, Chloe is well worth your inspection.
