Phantom 32 Phantom 32 monohull sailboat

Regretful sale of my phantom 32. She has been well loved and is a beautiful boat ready to go. She has just been hauled out this month (April) and antifouled. I sanded the whole boat, sealed her and coated her with two coats of altex no. 5. Propspeed etc.
A new raw water pump has just been installed on the Volvo Penta MD2020. New thermostat. Salt water service completed. The cushions were reupholstered around 6 months ago (about 1700 spent). The profurl furler and forestay professionally installed one year ago at just under 5K, i have the receipts. The rest of the rigging is under 5 years old (with receipt). Genoa had a new UV strip replaced about 6 months ago so good condition and main is in fair condition with around four reefing points.
Line rigging in good condition. All lines lead to the cockpit. The boat has other things such as a 12v TV. 12v camp fridge. 2 × 135 amp AGM dual purpose batteries. Gas marine stove, small 12v oven, Bluetooth Cd player with marine speakers. AIS, garmin wind instruments, wheel pilot, all work great. (Wheel pilot is less then two years old) All the safety equipment is onboard like the life raft, life jackets, flares and epirp etc. There's a spare winch there (all the winches work good). 15 kg rocna manual anchor with about 20M of 12mm chain.
Inflatable dinghy with Yamaha 3hp included (dinghy can take up to a 10hp)
