Beautifully presented 44.5ft Roberts Fibreglass Yacht. Has a fully reconditioned Engine and Gearbox, new batteries, new Hot water system, New Anchor winch, New 1000 watt solar panels, Victron solar controller, anti fouled and new sea valves fitted July 2025.
Has been a lovely family boat that we have cruised the Queensland coast and reefs in. It has three bedrooms that sleep 6. Spacious galley and lounge and includes a gas Smev Oven and Cook top as well as two Fridge/Freezers.
This boat is in fantastic condition and is ready to sail away tomorrow. Regretfull sail as the owner is soon to be retiring to the land. Only one previous tradesman owner who built her and has since been owned for the last 9 years by her Ships Master/Engineer owner. This vessel has been maticulously maintained and it shows. It has never been used for anything other than family cruisers. Last Insurance survey was carried out in 2020 and is available on request.
