The time has come to part with 'Limelight', my latest project. 'Limelight' was launched in 2016 as a true performance cruiser.
For nearly a decade, we've enjoyed both racing and cruising 'Limelight' throughout the waters of Hervey Bay and the Great Sandy Straits. With her UK sails, Raymarine electronics, hydraulic steering, and twin 25hp Suzuki outboards, she is capable of cruising anywhere in the world in comfort and style.
Performance is no afterthought--Limelight easily reaches speeds of 18+ knots under sail. She comes with a quality sail wardrobe:
Mainsail, genoa, and spinnaker - by UK Sailmakers, Queensland (just 2 years old)
Screecher - manufactured by Direct Sails (also 2 years old)
Cruise into shallow creeks and bays inaccessible by keeled boats and at the end of the day, raise the dagger boards (no mini keels) and motors, kick up the rudders, and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep while beached in a quiet anchorage.
