Taken it Easy is a 2019 Seawind 1190 Sport, a performance-focused sailing catamaran that blends speed, comfort, and versatility. Developed from the highly regarded Seawind 1160 and enhanced for greater performance, this three-cabin model is ideal for both extended offshore cruising and relaxed coastal adventures.

Designed with sailing enthusiasts in mind, she features high-aspect, retractable daggerboards and rudders for exceptional upwind ability and a shallow draft--ideal for accessing remote anchorages. A taller rig and increased sail area deliver excellent light-wind performance, while the double-spreader rig and high-aspect main and jib maximize power and control. The use of carbon fiber and composite materials keeps the boat lightweight and responsive under sail.

Sailing Taken it Easy is straightforward and efficient, with a self-tacking jib, twin helm stations, electric winches, and an electric traveler--all lines lead aft for ease of handling. Two furling code sails offer extra horsepower when the breeze is light, ensuring versatility across a wide range of conditions.

In 2024, she was upgraded with twin Yamaha 25hp outboards--lightly used and meticulously maintained--for reliable and efficient motoring. The boat is fully equipped with a comprehensive B&G electronics package, including a 12" Zeus³ chartplotter, AIS, 4G radar, VHF, and a linear drive autopilot for confident offshore navigation.
