Kiskadee is built and equipped for a comfortable liveaboard situation, being anchored and safe sailing during ocean crossings or coastal cruises. Equipped with a big freezer, washing machine, water maker, big water and diesel tanks, excellent living space, natural ventilation and panoramic views, it's a joy to live and sail on.

Seawinds offers good sailing performance while offering a higher level of comfort and refinement, creating a true offshore performance cruiser that is equally capable on extended ocean passages or relaxed coastal cruising.

Designed as a genuine go-anywhere cruising catamaran, Kiskadee places sailing first. Sharp hulls, generous windage clearance and efficient underwater profiles allow Seawind 1260 to move cleanly through waves. All sail controls are led aft to the twin protected helms, enabling sailing while keeping crew fully sheltered from the elements.

Built tough for serious sailors, the Seawind 1260 features fully infused composite construction with 4 integrated structural bulkheads, delivering exceptional stiffness, strength and long-term durability. This construction approach enhances offshore safety, reduces noise and movement under way, and contributes to a more solid and comfortable cruising experience over long distances.

When buying, configuring Kiskadee our goal was to get a durable, low maintenance sailing yacht. So balanced electrical current sheet on solar, no airco, no generator. Bullet proof engines, no electronic motor management, no CAIN bus, no turbo, no common rail diesel, our Yanmar 3YM30AE are very reliable. No bow sprit, second furler, big headsail. We opted for an ISTEC ParaSailor as it is more versatile and can be sailed in 10-20 knots of TWS. And a 100% Genoa on the furler.
