Simonis Fast 42

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to purchase a fast, solid and proven 2003 42ft monohull for the fraction of the cost of most yachts in its catagory. Designed by Alexander Simonis, Synchronicity Too is a 42 foot high performance cruiser racer developed from the ILC40 racing hull. This particular boat has recently undergone a lot of work and expense as the current owner wanted to restore this beautiful boat to its former glory. Unfortunately due to health issues she cannot be completed. All the major, expensive and time comsuming work has been completed and all that is left to do is mostly cosmetic. Perfect for someone who is interested and able to tinker whilst also having a boat that is usable. Easily achieving 11 knots on a quick run under mainsail only from Pittwater to Lake Macquarie this yacht cuts through the water beautifuly, is easy to sail and cruises comfortably. Whether used for twlight or costal racing or as a liveaboard this yacht will surely be up to the task. The deck and cockpit are extremely spacious due to its wide beam with the cockpit easily being able to accomodate 8 people seated. Interior wise the layout is exceptional with 7ft headroom in parts and a huge amount of space and storage, large galley and sleeping for 6 in 3 seperate cabins making for a comfortable family cruiser or extended long range adventures and comfortable living. All this being said there is still work and potential upgrades that need to be done.

All thru hulls have been replaced

Work to be completed :
Hull and deck could do with a freshen up ( Currenty due for antifoul )
Genoa tracks are currently fixed in one position but have the ability to be adjustable but requires some hardware to complete
Interior roof could do with some paint
Suspect hatches may leak a little in heavy rain
