Designed by the renowned Roger Simpson, Side by Side is a very spacious, easy to sail, comfortable and well-constructed, proven cruising catamaran. The hulls are composed of a fibreglass foam core sandwich epoxy/glass. Her strong and lightweight construction provides excellent sailing performance and she can easily be sailed solo. Side by Side has an Australian General Shipping Register (AGSR) for international adventures.
Her sail wardrobe consists of two main sails, three furling head sails and a spinnaker in a sock. She can sit on her keels for easy hull maintaince. Two Yanmar diesels, with one reconditioned in 2025. The solid hard top provides plenty of shade for the cockpit area with rainwater catchment.
