Simpson Cloud 12

AQUAVISTA is a well-presented Simpson Cloud 12 offering a proven and practical platform for coastal cruising, extended liveaboard use or exploring the Queensland coast.

Designed by respected Australian multihull designer Roger Simpson and launched in 2001, she measures 11.9m with a generous 6.4m beam, shallow 0.9m draft and twin daggerboards. The three-cabin layout provides double berths forward in each hull plus a further double aft in the port hull. The starboard hull incorporates the galley and bathroom, while the spacious central saloon and protected cockpit provide comfortable living areas both at anchor and underway.

Importantly, AQUAVISTA underwent a professional condition and insurance survey in April 2025. The surveyor described her as "well cared for" and presenting in "above average condition commensurate with her age. " Accessible hull areas showed no delamination or distortion, with no evidence of osmosis or hull deflection identified during the inspection.
