Simpson Inspiration 11

Bella G is an exceptional example of the very popular Simpson Inspiration Catamarans.

A Roger Simpson designed cruising catamaran, at just over 13 years old "Bella G" was one of the last built in 2012. Built by Glens Marine in South East Qld and with a stunning teak fitout by David Drury, she has easy to maintain moulded interior linings in place of front runner, giving the boat a modern clean appearance. She was built in a female mould with a strong fibreglass layup and a divinycell foam core, which means there's no worrying about rotten ply decks.

A capable cruiser and comfortable liveaboard, she has ducted air conditioning, excellent refrigeration with a 100 ltr built-in freezer in the cockpit, and a 120ltr fridge / 50 freezer in the galley. Galley is down to port with a servery to the saloon, an Eno 2 burner stove and oven with a good sized sink and drain. There is one double cabin aft and a single berth midships. The very large saloon table converts to a huge day bed. Two large Queen size cabins with hanging lockers forward. Great cockpit covers including windows, boom and foredeck covers. Coursemaster autopilot, Emtrak AIS, Seiwa Radar & Chartplotter combo, lithium batteries, 3000w inverter and enough solar panels to run a bread maker & espresso machine. 12v Google smart TV, 12v wifi and 12v security camera in the cockpit with alerts for peace of mind while away from the boat. She is powered by 30hp Yanmar 3YM30 Saildrives pushing her along at up to 7 knots.

Recently back from a season at the Whitsundays, she's had fresh antifoul, propspeed, saildrive seals and anodes done. She's ready to sail north again at the start of the season.
