If you are looking to getting into keelboat sailing then "Working Capital" should be on your "to inspect" list.
She's currently at Hobson Bay Yacht Club (HBYC) Williamstown Vic on the Hardstand.
So no algae, barnacles etc on the bottom. Ie read easy maintenance.
At HBYC after training we are permitted to launch/retrieve our own boat using the yard's crane ourselves. Life is easy.
Working Capital is set up for 2 or 3 person sailing. But I enjoy cruising singled handed also. All the controls are in the cockpit Quite suitable for Mum, Dad and a couple of children or racing 2 or 3 handed.
Working Capital has a great race record. Still wins races. She has been Club champion twice. Her sails are in great condition. There is a full compliment of sails. Both racing and cruising.
If you are looking to become a sailor and own a boat that's in great condition please contact me.
(Hardstand storage is available at Hobson Bay Yacht Club (Williamstown) if needed)

Remarks
Working Capital has been kept on the hardstand and is very well looked after. It is easily competively raced two handed but would prefer three. Leisure cruising can handle much more people. This is a very easy to sail but has enough controls to allow you to get the most out of it if racing.
