The engine and gearbox were fully serviced in 2025. Access is excellent, dual-sided engine access via the aft companionway passage (port side) and the heads/storage area (starboard side). Last slipped in 2021 for a full survey (passed clean/osmosis-free), then epoxied and antifouled. The stern gland and rudder stuffing box were replaced at the same time. Continuously maintained by a diver with a new anode installed in 2026. She is a Masthead cutter-rigged sloop with an aluminium double-spreader mast and a spinnaker/whisker pole. The Mainsail (with boom cover), Genoa on a Profurl furler, and a staysail. All sails and running rigging are in good, turn-key condition. Deck Hardware has 4 cockpit winches (2 primary, 2 secondary) plus dedicated mast and boom winches for halyards and reefing. Ground Tackle is a top-tier setup featuring a Manson 45lb/20kg CQR plough anchor paired with a brand-new Muir Storm VRC1250 electric windlass (installed 2024) and 30m of 10mm chain. Secondary 10kg Danforth kedge anchor with 12m chain/rope combo. Electronics & Power consists of 2x solar panels mounted on a stainless steel frame above the stern davits, plus 2x new unmounted 100W flexible solar panels (cabling already complete). Depth sounder, North Star chart plotter, and a 4-speaker stereo system (saloon & cockpit), 2x 120Ah AGM house batteries (new 2024) and a brand-new starter battery (2026). Plumbing: Separate walk-through washroom with a shower and hot water system (50L engine heated / 40L shore power). Separate electric marine toilet with a holding tank. Tankage consists of a 400L gravity-fed stainless steel fuel tank. Combined water capacity of up to 600L (150L tank + 150L storage + 300L keel storage). Tender is a Quality Zodiac dinghy (New in 2024). She has a brand-new VHF radio (2026), GME EPIRB, 6x life jackets, harnesses, flares, and 2x fire extinguishers
