Swarbrick S111

Great 11.1 metre cruiser/racer for new or experienced sailor.
The Australian designed and built S111s have a great reputation as fast and seaworthy yachts and were used by the Navy for offshore sail training.
Toccata delivers legendary S111 responsive speed along with great stability and comfort.
She was raced successfully until 1998 on Sydney Harbour and offshore at CYC, Middle Harbour YC (including Sydney to Hobart, Coffs, Southport and Mooloolaba).
From 1998, she has been used for leisure sailing mainly on Sydney Harbour and Pittwater. With her spacious, comfortable cockpit she has been a great yacht for twilight racing, cruising and picnic lunches with mates.
Toccata relocated with her owners to South Coast NSW in 2014 and is presently moored at Bermagui Marina.
While not sailed very often since coming south, she has been well maintained, regularly slipped and is in very good, clean condition.
She passed a 2022 survey (available for genuine buyers) with flying colours. Toccata's registration was renewed in February 2026.
Toccata is equipped with a very functional interior including:
- toilet (Jabsco manual pump)
- galley incorporating a sink (manual and electric pumps), ice chest and gas oven/cooktop
- ample storage
- navigation station/4 seat table
- comfortable berths for up to 6 adults
She will be sold with all necessary tools and standard offshore safety equipment including life jackets, ePirb and inflatable life raft (which needs to be repacked).
Toccata has been extensively refurbished with new spars and standing rigging, instruments, a windlass, sail wardrobe (new main, No 2,3,4 and storm headsails) and new berth cushion covers, all of which remain in good condition.
She is powered with a Yanmar 30hp 3-cylinder diesel driving a 2-blade folding propeller and comes with brand new batteries with a 240v marina based charging system.
Fitted with a Furlex self-furling headsail system and all working sheets winched and cleated in the cockpit, "Toccata" is easy to handle solo. This makes her an ideal choice for a first-time keelboat owner.
She will very competitive in both inshore and offshore waters for anyone looking to race. Great fun to sail!
We can facilitate initial remote inspection via a facetime call.
