Tophat 25 MkII
Reluctantly selling the boat as we have moved interstate for work. It hasn't been getting the used or love it deserves.
The boat has most of its original fixtures and fittings all in working order.
We purchased the boat for a few reasons.
1) Easy boat to learn to sail.
2) Big enough to stay on overnight
3) Safe enough to sail rount the world if you wanted (Google two in a tophat).
4) A very active community face book page.

Outboard 6hp Tohatsu 2021 Sail Drive
Inboard 9hp Volvo Penta (Not Running)
Mooring Salt Pan Cove (Included Hardware) Good access to public wharf/paring/water/rubbish/dinghy rack.

100L water tank
A new hand water pump in the galley sink
Last Antifouled 2021, in the process of getting it organised with Beashells Marine
Basic Solar System Panel, Controller new ish battery.
