The Engine Oil Pipes will need looking at in The Near Future and Small amount of Leaking water From Cylinder head and Gasket.

2 Brand New 120 AH batteries - 1 Crank and 1 House kept charge with 60 W Solar system.
sleeps 6 with a V berth In The bow, the dinette converts to a Double Bed and 2 Single Beds under and either side of the cockpit.

But the Boat and mooring will have to be relocated as the MSB are not renewing mooring licences in Cockle bay, to new Owners, They want to eventually that area clear of boats and moorings.
