Dreamed of fitting out your own international cruiser. This is for you. This is a partially completed project being sold to make space. Being sold at a fraction of the replacement cost.
She is far from being ready to sail. We know nothing about fit out costs or trades to do it. We just want it gone.

What we know about it.
It is huge

Interior Volume- Even bigger
Verysolid and well built. Looks like a total crafstman job.

Built locally - guessing about 15 -20 years ago.
No engine or shaft
Rudder is fitted.
Inside is totally painted with 2 coats of Epoxy mastic
Oustide is primed and sealed.
It has been sitting for some years so there is some surface rust on the outside and some on the inside bottom of the bildge where water has got in and been sitting.
Does't look like anything serious.

You will need to remove the vessel at your cost.
